When you reach out, you'll speak directly with Charissa or Nigel — not an answering service. We'll ask a few quick questions to understand your project or issue and determine the best next step.
For most projects, we schedule an on-site assessment at no charge. Nigel visits the property, reviews the scope of work, discusses options with you, and answers any questions you have in person.
After the on-site assessment, you'll receive a detailed written estimate within 24-48 hours. The estimate includes a clear scope of work, materials to be used, and the total project cost. No vague ballpark figures.
Once you approve the estimate, we add your project to our schedule. We coordinate start dates with you and any other trades involved, and keep you updated as the project date approaches.
We handle projects across the entire island of Kauai. Whether you're in the north shore town of Haena, the south side in Ocean Conde, or anywhere in between, we're ready to serve you.
